Empire State Quilters

Using only shades of turquoise and an indigo print, I started wonky piecing fabrics, then cutting, sub-cutting and re-piecing.  I laid out the indigo pieces sparingly, and since they are in a sea of turquoise, it resembles a shipwreck in a clear ocean, hence the name.
