Gallery - Miniature Quilts
About Miniature Quilts: The quilts in this category not simply "small" but are quilts where all aspects of the quilt are reduced in scale — they have as many parts as a larger quilt, but all the parts have been reduced in size. These quilts are truly wonders, and from the photos you often can not tell that they are so small. The person submitting the quilt was the one to decide if his/her quilt belonged in this category, as long as the size and scale qualifications were met. The quilts could be no larger than 24" x 24". The quilts could be constructed and quilted by machine, or by hand, or using a combination of machine and hand. Guild members were not required to have their quilts considered for a ribbon or award (judged).
